So, here is what 2 1/2 cups of oats will get you. A nice warm Apple Cake for breakfast. It’s just like oatmeal but you can eat them with your hands instead of a spoon.

Mark and I went to the nursery together back in March and picked out kale, and three other types of lettuce. One was leaf lettuce, butter lettuce and a bistro mix. Combine sugar and vinegar in large microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave about 1 minute, until sugar is dissolved and then stir. Next add the corn and oil and stir to combine. Add in peppers, celery, onion, and beans. Season with salt.
