I posted this picture recently and it got a lot of attention. It was a snack I put out for the girls one afternoon when they came home from school. I wanted to share the recipe for the peanut butter balls.
It was a picture perfect Sunday in October when just Grace, Abby and I headed to a local farm near our house. We sampled and bought the yummiest apple cider, played at the playground and on a haystack and a big trampoline.

It is that time of year when we all look forward to the smells and tastes of the new season. You can’t have fall without pumpkin, pumpkin, and more pumpkin. Mark has a long list that he has requested which include a pumpkin roll and pumpkin cheesecake. Oh my!! I am working on healthier lighter recipes for those. In the meantime the first pumpkin recipe of the season are these little heavenly muffins. I doubled the recipe thinking I could freeze half. Well, that didn’t happen! They were that good!
These almond date balls are one of my weekly recipes to make. They make the perfect snack! They are so cute and easy to pop in your mouth. I get a little sweet tooth almost every day and I just want a bite of something.
