This Apple Breakfast Cake happened by accident. I went to pull oats out of our cabinet to make overnight apple oatmeal in the crockpot and I realized late one night we didn’t have enough. So, here is what 2 1/2 cups of oats will get you. A nice warm Apple Cake for breakfast. It’s just like oatmeal but you can eat them with your hands instead of a spoon.
