You may or you may not know, I like to cook, entertain, travel, drink wine and eat. I love living a healthy lifestyle, BUT I am not perfect and I definitely find myself picking up way too many sweets these days.
I wanted to host my first meal prep party for two reasons. The first was to spend time with friends and the second was to make all of our lives easier by putting our hands together to create healthy meals for our families.
After the first thirty-one days of 2017, I gave myself permission to take a time out. It was time for me to hit the reset button. I needed to rebalance my life and make time for things that were being neglected: my mind, body and my soul, for starters.
